Write a 1000 word, APA style paper on Stakeholder Assessment.
In your paper you must address the following:
- Explain the process, purpose and importance of stakeholder assessments.
- Conduct a stakeholder assessment of a project you have worked on in the past. If you do not have project experience, you may use a well known project from the media.
- List each of their stakeholders, describe their roles, and indicate the level of communication the PM should have with them.
Be sure to include a title page and 2 references. References must be located in the Grantham University Online Library. Only the body of the paper will count towards the word requirement. See Rubric below.
